The Broad Influence of Social Media by Diana Flegal

I sometimes wonder if when I speak, the listener is hearing the sound Charlie Brown’s Teacher made   that put Peppermint Patty to sleep. Blah blah blah, blah blah.

Nonfiction writers must build a platform. Blah, blah, blah.

Get face to face with your readers—it is a great way to sell books. Blah, blah, blah.

You are not your best editor. Blah, blah, blah.

Well, someone is finally extolling the power of social media besides me and the publicist’s I recommend to my clients.

My tea company recently offered me this wisdom on a string. If that doesn’t convince a writer of the influence of social media, what will?
